IMPORTANT

- Drivers must be on the church’s approved van driver list

- Seat belts must be worn by everyone in the van. Children 6 and under must be in an age/weight appropriate child car seat or booster seat.

- See church office staff one week prior to the trip to arrange to pick up of van keys and any appropriate paperwork

- Upon completion of the trip, the van is to be returned to the church parking lot, with all trash removed and vacuumed if needed. The fuel level must be the same as when the trip started.

- All keys and any receipts are to be turned into the church office immediately
