Advertising and marketing of events is very important to ensure the best possible event turnout. The following are some guidelines to follow and estimate timelines for marketing materials.

All marketing and advertising materials NOT designed in house must be approved by leadership before making public to verify all information is correct and no errors in grammar or spelling are present. Leadership reserves the right to void any designs if they do not meet our quality standards.

*please note that not allowing sufficient turnaround time for your promotions may result in you not receiving print materials on time or your event not being adequately promoted.

*these time frames are not from the date of your event, but from the date you plan to start promoting

*please keep in mind that while some of these may not take as long as listed, the more time given will result in a better quality product and more time can be given for revisions if needed

Graphic Design (3 weeks) - Social Media Graphics, Web Site Graphics, Print Materials, Announcement Slides, Live Stream Graphics etc

Print Materials (6 weeks) - Anything printed comes from an outsourced printshop and 3+ (Graphic Design Time) weeks need to be allotted so that we can account for finding the best price, best quality and account for shipping times. Keep in mind that depending on the time of year, certain items like t-shirts can take longer to receive.

Video Advertising (45 days) - Here at Abundant Life Church we have the capabilities of producing professional quality video advertisements for use of marketing events on social media and other places. However, there is quite a lot of work involved in producing these so you must give plenty of notice to our production team in order for us to schedule times to shoot, edit and produce videos.

In Church Vocal Announcements (1 week) - We can advertise your event in church if we know ahead of time. We finalize Sunday service schedules early in the week so we cannot accommodate spur of the moment announcements in church.
